H. J. Griffiths
Northcote Mayor 1966 - 1967, 1975 - 1976
Herbert James(Bert) Griffiths worked as a business manager in a timber mill becoming a Councillor in 1962. He served two terms as Mayor of Northcote in 1966/7 and again in 1975/6.
