Innisfail
75 Lucerne Crescent, Alphington
75 Lucerne Crescent, Alphington - known as "Innisfail" - takes its name from the owner's great grandfather's birthplace in Ireland.
The house was built in 1913 on A.D. Hodgson's Lucerne Estate. Florence O'Sullivan purchased Lot 9 - one of the estates from Hodgson's 1885 subdivisions - and eventually built "Innisfail". She lived there until her death.
