Balmoral

The Edwardian house, "Balmoral" at 115 Mansfield Street, Thornbury, has had only one owner since it was built in 1918 by George Robert Macauley for Minnie Agnes Nelson of South Melbourne.

On completion, it was sold on vendor's terms to Elizabeth Ann Kennealy and has remained in her family since.

The house has still has many of the original features still intact.
